Jacob Ackey Wolf
Play Designer
Jacob is a play designer, process illustrator, and gadget enthusiast. He holds a black belt in virtual whiteboards, having created visual structures and spaces that engage thousands of users worldwide. Jacob is also a highly competent virtual trainer at our Visual Collaboration Academy.
Marius Klausen
Video director and editor
Marius is an engineer and inventor – if something doesn’t exist, he invents it. He’s a tech geek with a keen eye for storytelling, ensuring that our pen-to-paper videos always have a sleek and playful feel.
Ole Qvist-Sørensen
Strategy Consultant, Partner
Ole has more than 20 years of international experience in facilitating and assisting leadership teams in cultivating a more visual way of working, whether in physical or remote settings. Ole is also the architect behind our virtual learning platform and co-author of our book, Visual Collaboration.

Loa designs and facilitates processes that bring strategic initiatives to life, making them meaningful across organizational hierarchies and cultures. She has a curious mind and loves challenging the status quo. Loa has 15 years of experience in teaching visual facilitation, Loa is also the co-author of our book, Visual Collaboration.

Thomas Thorhauge
Process Illustrator
Thomas is internationally recognized for his original visual storytelling. He frequently illustrates for the Danish newspaper Politiken and is a prominent figure in the Danish illustration and comic scene. Thomas has an incredible talent for distilling the most complex messages into simple, elegant, and engaging visual concepts.
Sofie Mesterton
Process Illustrator
Sofie is a highly skilled process illustrator, one of the few worldwide who can create a visual summary while being fun, fast, cool, and calm. She has produced numerous visual syntheses, pen-to-paper videos, and visual recordings. Sofie is also the illustrator of our book, Visual Collaboration.
